I had the privilege of establishing Tradesworth Group in January 1986; with the vision of rendering the highest quality products and services to clients all over Bangladesh particularly in the field of Medical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Agricultural in Quality Control, Diagnosis and Research. Later in the year 2000 we widened our horizon by entering the field of FMCG products by manufacturing consumer household products at our own factory in Volabo, Narayanganj.
My goal for this company has always been to create employment opportunities in suitable quantities for both qualified and under qualified personnel of Bangladesh. Today, we have almost 50 branch offices located all over Bangladesh, creating job opportunities for people across all corners of the nation. I have always resolutely believed that the key to the success of Tradesworth Group has primarily been its valued workforce and the enormous support received particularly from my family members, our valued customers, financial institutions, regulatory bodies and listed suppliers.
I have always tried to motivate, empower and provide personnel securities to all 550 employees of Tradesworth Group regardless of their position in the company, I tell them to “Own the Company, if the company does well you do well, the benefits provided to you will always increase if the company does well.” Three decades have passed since, we began our journey and we still fortunately see a low rate of employee turnover each year. Tradesworth Group’s steady growth throughout the years can also be attributed to our primary principle of commitment to quality, strategic planning and continuous training and retraining of our sales and service supports team. We also disseminate training and retraining services both locally and abroad for our various customers in the Diagnostics, Quality Control and Research field that has helped, and will continue to help develop Quality in all aspects of Science for our customers.
My hope is that we shall always continue to focus on providing the best quality products and services to our customers as we move ahead; expanding and enriching this collaborative environment where technical knowledge, supported by strategic principals combine to achieve collective brilliance.
